Frequently asked questions

What is Rapid Resolution Therapy?

Rapid Resolution Therapy is a cutting-edge treatment that uses multi-level communication and specialized tools to resolve mental health issues, emotional disturbance, and problematic behavior. Unlike traditional cognitive therapy, which only targets the cognitive brain, RRT instead addresses the emotional brain and limbic system. Basically, RRT teaches your deeper mind (unconscious mind) to update so that it “gets” what your logical mind (conscious mind) already knows, thus creating automatic and long-lasting improvements.

How does Rapid Resolution Therapy work?

Unlike traditional methods, RRT transforms the unconscious mind's information processing, ensuring natural, automatic, and enduring improvements. This swift and painless approach is typically completed within one to three online or in-person meetings, resolving troubling thoughts, emotions, and behaviors strategically.

How do I know if I should use RRT or Transformational Coaching?

Each session will be different, tailored precisely to your needs and your own process. We'll determine what the best course of action is for you during our free discovery session.

RRT and Transformational Coaching are complementary techniques, and they work really well together. It's safe to say that there may be a healthy mix of both.

Can I do my sessions online?

Yes. Since we'll be working with our connection and shared intention, all we need can be done through a video-call, regardless of different time zones or geographic area.

What kinds of issues does Rapid Resolution Therapy help resolve?

RRT doesn't have any definite limits. It has the most success in the treatment of:

  • Anxiety, fear, and panic. These may manifest generally, socially, relationally, or in response to specific environments.

  • Trauma of any sort that seems to be causing mental, emotional, or behavioral issues in the present.

  • Feelings of sadness, anhedonia, or depression. Related to things that "should" be or have been different.

  • Guilt, shame, resentment, and anger. This may be in response to current or past events or dynamics.

  • General feelings of dissatisfaction. These may be toward oneself, current life circumstances, or the choices of people in your life.

What is Transformational Coaching?

Transformational coaching is a powerful practice designed to help you achieve meaningful and lasting changes in various aspects of your life, including health, relationships, career, finances, and emotional well-being.

This coaching approach focuses on personal balance and encourages you to:

  • Recognize existing patterns of resistance and coping

  • Acknowledge how these patterns can prevent you from making progress and find methods to defuse them

  • Reframe thinking about obstacles in neutral, helpful ways

  • Unlock new opportunities for achieving what you want (e.g., in life, work or relationships)

What is Coach Claudia's method for transformational coaching?

The AIR Method, developed as a framework to help you bust old beliefs, regenerate strength, and soar through your objectives, is composed of three steps:

Assess: to get an objective current state. Usually this step brings the biggest revelations, since so many of the working systems are based on outdated ideas and perspectives.

Integrate: with the new information and renovated objectives gathered in the first step. Traction will benefit from asserting the real goals with the underlying values and experience.

Redirect: to drive with certainty, clarity, and freedom towards the updated goals, with absolute command of the values and tools within you and free of dead weight holding you down. Rise to your best version, with ease, joy, and power.

How many sessions of RRT should I do and how far apart?

People often experience a significant shift with just one session, though I personally recommend 3-session packs for the deepest transformations. Even after a lot of relief, there are often things that can be tuned up and cleared more thoroughly with a little more time. As for frequency of sessions, the most common timing between initial sessions is 1-2 weeks. Though many clients will return years or months after their initial session(s) when and if they notice something different pop up that they'd like to have cleared.
